I have nothing bad to say about the quality of this hotel and the attentiveness of their staff to meeting all our needs. My 2 week business trip was demanding from a work standpoint - entailing long work hours. Nevertheless, I always looked forward to getting back to the hotel to unwind and recharge. The ocean views are stunning and access to the myriad Cape Town attractions is pretty convenient. I hope to come back again with my family.

Nice hotel, good restaurant and pool facilities, the location at the beach is perfect, Shuttle from and to the airport, service at the pool excellent, had a late flight, they stored our bags for us and we could take a shower before leaving, super service!

  • "Business trip to Cape Town"

Spent 3 nights at the Bay Hotel, very impressed with the individuality of the place. Lots of memorabilia and quirky touches which gave it that special feeling. Staff were very helpful, parking is a bit limited but they accommodated us. The hotel is on the beach front and opposite the sightseeing bus which is a great way to get a taste of Cape Town. It’s a beautiful city.
