Do I need a booking to visit the spa if I am a hotel guest?
Booking for our spa treatments are recommended, even if you are a hotel guest. However, walk-ins are welcome but are subject to therapist availability.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time so as to allow for pre-treatment consultation and preparation. Late arrival treatment time may be reduced accordingly but will be charged at full price.
What is the child policy?
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by the parent/guardian for the full duration, while on the hotel premises.
Do I need to bring my own bathrobe?
A robe, slippers and disposable underwear are available for you to use during your visit to our spa.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a booking is cancelled with less than 6 hours notice, 50% of the consultation fee will be charged at the discretion of the Spa Manager. Non-arrivals will be charged at the full consultation fee.
