This role forms part of the Revenue team within the Village n Life hospitality group.
The Role
As OTA Coordinator you’ll manage and optimise our hotel listings across leading online travel agencies. You’ll ensure content accuracy, competitive positioning and seamless connectivity, while supporting the Revenue team in driving occupancy and rate performance.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintain and update OTA listings with accurate rates, availability, content and images
– Implement pricing, packages and promotions in collaboration with the Revenue team
– Monitor competitor activity, market trends and demand patterns
– Track channel performance and prepare reports on key metrics
– Resolve system issues and discrepancies across OTAs and channel managers
– Ensure consistency across OTAs, the brand website and other distribution channels
What We’re Looking For
– Grade 12 or equivalent
– 1–2 years’ experience in OTA management, reservations or revenue coordination
– Familiarity with systems such as Opera, SiteMinder and NightsBridge
– Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills
– Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data and reports
– Proactive communicator able to collaborate across teams
