The hotel offers guests a comprehensive resource for planning their itineraries within the confines of the hotel. Chauffeur driven services in a fleet of luxury vehicles can be arranged. The drivers are well presented and deliver a professional and discreet service.

All guests at The Bay Hotel are pampered by Antjies and L'OCCITANE products, supplying all your basic toiletries and necessities. The hotel has a dedicated housekeeping department, ensuring comfort and cleanliness.
A laundry service is offered for guests’ clothing at an additional cost, including washing, ironing, dry cleaning, suede and leather cleaning and treatment of all delicate fabrics. All linen in the hotel is of quality cotton and guests are treated to a choice of pillows, provided on a menu in their rooms.

The Bay Hotel always has a security presence in the form of qualified staff, with regular patrols, a security station at each entry point of the hotel and a security office. There are 27 parking bays in the front of the hotel and an allocated parking area behind the hotel that is monitored by security 24hrs a day.
